We source CmiA-certified cotton grown near our facilities, reducing transport emissions. Partnering with ethical African farms ensures fair labor, supports rural livelihoods, and offers full traceability from farm to fiber, meeting global sustainability standards from day one.
Our 32,832 high-performance spindles transform locally sourced cotton into premium yarns with energy-efficient tech. Optimized processes reduce waste, ensure durability and softness, and meet global quality benchmarks while lowering environmental impact.
Using 83 advanced knitting and collar machines, we craft fabrics with precise patterns, textures, and weights. This precision minimizes waste, ensures comfort and durability, and delivers consistent, breathable textiles for diverse apparel needs.
With 14 dyeing and 14 printing machines, we use eco-friendly dyes, water-saving tech, and precision printing to create vibrant, lasting designs. Enzyme and silicone washes enhance feel and durability while keeping our environmental footprint low.
1,391 stitching machines and automated cutters ensure accuracy, minimal waste, and consistent quality. Skilled craftsmanship plus embroidery, printing, and custom finishes create stylish, durable garments built to global market standards.
Every garment undergoes manual checks and advanced testing for stitching, seam strength, and performance. Only pieces meeting BTC’s strict fit, finish, and durability criteria proceed, ensuring world-class quality for global export.
We use recyclable, biodegradable packaging that protects products in transit while cutting single-use waste. This supports a circular economy and reinforces our sustainability commitment across the supply chain.
Proximity to a major seaport and dry port ensures fast customs clearance and reduced emissions. Our integrated sea, air, and land network delivers garments worldwide quickly, sustainably, and cost-effectively.
