Available GSM options include 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 250, 300, 380 and 400 GSM. Final availability depends on the fabric construction, composition and color requirement.

Available fabric width ranges from 56 inches to 82 inches, depending on the fabric type and construction.

We have dyeing capability and can work with a wide range of colors. Please share your shade reference, Pantone or color standard, along with the fabric type, composition and quantity, so we can review the requirement.

For fabric orders, the MOQ is 400 kg per color. Please share the fabric type, GSM, width, composition, color and finishing requirement so we can confirm availability and pricing.

Available yarn count ranges from 1/10 Ne to 1/40 Ne. Please share the target fabric handfeel, GSM and end use so we can recommend the most appropriate option.

Finishing options include normal wash and bio wash. Additional finishing requirements can be reviewed depending on the fabric and end use.

We offer cotton fabrics and cotton-based garment solutions, including CmiA cotton, organic cotton and Benin cotton options depending on the project requirement.

Cotton-polyester blends are not normally kept in stock, but they can be produced on order depending on the required composition, GSM, color and quantity.

We do not produce 100% polyester fabrics as a standard offer. However, we can review cotton-polyester blend requirements depending on the order specifications.

We can offer cotton-spandex fabric options. Please share the required stretch level or composition so our fabric team can confirm the most suitable option.

We offer French Terry fabrics. Please share your GSM, composition, color and quantity requirements for confirmation.

We offer Fleece fabrics. Please share the intended garment type and required GSM so we can confirm the best option.

We offer Jersey fabrics, including cotton-based options suitable for T-shirts, base layers and other knitted garments.

We offer Rib fabrics, commonly used for trims, necklines, cuffs and stretch details.

We can offer several cotton-based and blended fabric compositions, including 100% cotton, cotton-spandex blends such as 95% cotton / 5% spandex, 97% cotton / 3% spandex and 98% cotton / 2% spandex, as well as selected recycled cotton, spandex and cotton-polyester blends. Other compositions can also be reviewed on request depending on quantity and technical requirements.

White stock is available for selected product or fabric requirements. Please share the exact item, size, GSM and quantity needed so we can confirm availability.

Fabric lead time is around 45 days on average. The final timeline depends on fabric type, color, finishing and quantity.

Price per meter or per kg is confirmed after receiving the full fabric specifications, including composition, GSM, width, color, finishing requirement and quantity.

BTC has product development and sampling capabilities, including design support and automated sampling. Samples are developed after the order has been reviewed and confirmed. The sampling process will then be managed according to the approved product specifications.

Our usual sample lead time is around one month. The exact timing may vary depending on product complexity, fabric availability, number of styles, trims, printing, embroidery and approvals. Please send your sample brief and target date so we can check the timeline internally.

Sample cost depends on several factors, including the product complexity, fabric, trims, printing, embroidery, development requirements and total order volume. The applicable sample cost will be confirmed after our team has reviewed the complete order specifications.

Our typical development approach is to review your concept or tech pack, confirm fabric and construction, develop the pattern/sample, review fit and quality, then move to approval before bulk production. The exact flow may vary depending on the product and development complexity.

Bulk production lead time is usually around 50 to 60 days, depending on the quantity, product type, fabric, customization and approval process. We can confirm a more precise timeline after reviewing the order details.

BTC supports private label and customized product development for fashion brands, retailers and buying houses. We can work on custom fabrics, colors, prints, finishes and brand identity requirements.

BTC offers printing options including sublimation, screen, heat transfer, pigment and rotary screen printing, depending on fabric and design requirements.

Silicone logos are not currently part of our standard offer. If you have a specific branding requirement, please share the artwork and placement so our team can suggest the best available alternative.

BTC offers heat transfer printing and heat-transfer branding options. Suitability will depend on the fabric, design and wash-performance requirements.

At this stage, our exports are not duty-exempt under ETLS. This means customs duties may apply and should be considered according to the destination and applicable import regulations.
