Can you manufacture my designs?
BTC can support brands from concept to finished product. We work with fashion brands, retailers and buying houses to develop customized knitted apparel, fabrics, colors, prints and finishes according to their design and technical requirements. Please share your tech pack, reference sample or design details so our team can review the best production approach.
What types of garments do you produce?
BTC produces knitted apparel and related textile products. Our online product scope includes T-shirts, polos, hoodies, casualwear, activewear, gym wear, sleepwear, athleisure and uniforms. We also manufacture cotton knitted fabrics.
What fabrics do you offer?
BTC offers a wide range of knitted fabrics, including Single Jersey, Pique, French Terry, Fleece, Ribs and bespoke knits. We also work with yarn counts from 10s to 45s Ne, allowing different fabric weights, hand feel and performance depending on the garment requirement.
Can you produce luxury garments?
BTC produces premium knitted apparel and offers value-added finishing such as embroidery, printing, laundry and custom fabric development. For luxury-positioned garments, please share the full design and quality expectations so our technical team can confirm whether the requested finish and specifications can be achieved.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For customized production, our standard minimum order quantity is 3,000 pieces. We also keep selected T-shirts and polos in stock, which may allow more flexible quantities depending on availability. Current standard stock options include T-shirts in 160 GSM and polos in 220 GSM, with stock colors such as white, night blue and black.
What is the MOQ for new developments?
For new developments, our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per project, depending on the garment type and technical requirements. Orders below 1,000 pieces may be considered; however, the unit price will be higher due to the development and production costs involved. Please share your tech pack or design brief so our team can review your requirements.
What is the MOQ for repeat orders?
For repeat orders, the quantity depends on whether the product is a stock item or a customized production item. For selected stock T-shirts and polos, quantities can be more flexible depending on available stock. Stock options include white, night blue and black, with 160 GSM for T-shirts and 220 GSM for polos. For customized repeat orders, our team will confirm the applicable MOQ based on the style and production plan.
